SW International Gateway Business Park 03-29-2017

The City Development Corp. of El Campo has pledged $3,000,000 toward debt service on infrastructure construction for extending city services to the SW International Gateway Business Park.  This $125,000,000 project will consist of 1.5-1.7 million square feet of rail served warehouse space in Phase I.
